OnlyWriteAI helped students search for jobs and edit resumes by chatting with AI. I built the product, connected the domain, deployed it, and learned how the pieces fit together.
The market was the problem. I was asking students with very little money to pay for a product in a space where free alternatives and job-search pressure made buying difficult. There were no customers, and that failure was useful.
The lesson was not to stop building. It was to ask who can pay, who feels the pain now, and how the product will reach them before writing the next feature.
